CRANE CARRIER IS RECALLING 672 MY 1999-2001 COE,MY 1999-2002 LDT, MY 2001-2007 LDT2, MY 1998-2003 LET, AND MY 2001-2007 LET2 REFUSE CAB AND CHASSIS FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE BRAKE RELEASE TIMING REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS." THE BRAKE RELEASE TIMING WAS SLOWER THAN REQUIRED.
